"Exceptional Service at Ryan Dunn's State Farm Agency I recently needed to make several adjustments to my auto insurance policy, a task I typically dread doing over the phone. As a long-time State Farm customer (approximately 10 years), my situation was a bit complex: I needed to remove a vehicle from my policy, add a new car, and combine policies with my boyfriend, who was insured by a different company. My first call was with..... Amanda, (I do believe that was her name) who was incredibly helpful and made the initial process seamless. She organized everything efficiently, and all I needed to do was call back once my boyfriend's previous policy was canceled. A few days later, I called back and spoke with Priscilla. I admit I wasn't fully prepared with all the necessary details, such as my boyfriend's vehicle identification number (VIN) and driver's license number. Fortunately, Amanda had proactively saved all this information to my account, allowing Priscilla to quickly access it and finalize everything. Not only did Amanda and Priscilla handle my complex request with remarkable efficiency and patience, but they also managed to save us money, which was a fantastic bonus. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by these two ladies and the entire team at Ryan Dunn's State Farm agency. Their professionalism and dedication have solidified my decision to remain a loyal State Farm customer for the foreseeable future."
